Have you ever thought about signing documents without having to print them? That is now a reality for clients who use Useall's E2 systems in the Web version!
But what is an electronic signature?
It is any electronic mechanism used to identify someone, whether by scanning a signature, fingerprint identification, IP address, email, SMS, and more.
What is Useall Sign?
Useall Sign is an electronic signature full of benefits both for the company and for the company's customers. That means lower costs with paper and storage space, plus easier, faster work.
With Useall Sign, consumers can sign a membership agreement or any other document without having to travel to the power distribution utility.
Savings on physical processes
Documents can be signed at any time, from any online device. It is an economical and sustainable option, since no paper is needed.
This prevents processes from stalling for lack of a signature and considerably reduces the time spent hunting down paper files, since everything can be easily found with a simple search in the system.

Besides being fast, Useall's electronic signature is secure and legally valid. It does not require a digital certificate — in other words, consumers do not need an e-CPF to sign.
Here is how it works inside the Useall system for a new connection request, for example:
- The service agent clicks a button and the contract is sent to the consumer for signing.
- The consumer receives an email with the document to sign.
- The consumer reads the document and signs it right on their phone or computer.
- The signed document appears on the agent's screen. Done!
