Useall, represented by director Hudson Uggioni, is taking part in the XXIII National Electricity Distribution Seminar (SENDI) in Fortaleza, Ceará. The event started yesterday, the 20th, and runs through Friday the 23rd.
SENDI is one of the largest innovation events in the country's electric sector, and its purpose is to promote the exchange of experiences among electricity distribution companies and to stimulate ideas for maintaining and developing the quality of the services provided.
Among the main topics covered in this edition are market trends such as digitalization and e-mobility, along with new paradigms for customer relationships.
The event is promoted by the Brazilian Association of Electricity Distributors (Abradee) and is being organized this year by Enel Distribuição - Ceará.
