October was a month of great progress both for Useall and for some of our Electric Sector clients.
Anyone following our evolution knows we have been taking Useall's solutions to a new level of technology, bringing our users' entire routine into the Online world — which brings so many benefits and, most importantly, security.
This month we completed major rollouts of the new Useall technology at CERFOX and also at CERTEL, both located in Rio Grande do Sul.
ROLLOUTS AT CERFOX
CERFOX (Cooperativa de Distribuição de Energia Fontoura Xavier) distributes power to 34 municipalities in the northern region of Rio Grande do Sul.
The company has been a Useall partner for many years, using our solutions to manage several areas of the business (administrative, commercial, and technical).
As one of the companies that promptly decided to evolve with us, in the second week of October we carried out the migration of MIG, yet another of the Useall Web solutions — that is, the 100% online version of the technical software dedicated to controlling the region's electric sector.
It is important to acknowledge here all the dedication of the CERFOX team who, through its employees, made this evolution happen within the company, absorbing not only the new technology but also the new processes suggested by the new structure.

ROLLOUTS AT CERTEL
CERTEL, which has also been a Useall partner for several years, operates in the Teutônia region of Rio Grande do Sul. The company chose to migrate all of its Useall solutions to the new technology — both the Administrative and Commercial side and the technical side.
One of the CERTEL professionals involved in this rollout commented on a few points about the new technology:
"We went to a city hall, opened the notebook, and were able to access the Useall system from there — it's another world. The tool is very good, and we are very happy with our migration. It's a path we got right, and one we should have taken sooner."
The Useall Analyst responsible for some of the rollouts, Atila Bianchini, wrapped up the work at the company and commented:
"Over the past few weeks we carried out the rollout of E2 CRM and E2 COM WEB at Certel Energia, where we had the opportunity not only to present our work, but also to learn from our client's day-to-day routine. We work with software, always pursuing innovation and technology, but nothing compares to experiencing the routines firsthand to unite the system with the real need. We were able to greatly evolve our processes, and we brought home excellent ideas.
Personally, I feel happy about the rollout — happy with the result, the learning, the new friendships, and the whole pleasant environment CERTEL provides us. We know we have a long road ahead, and CERTEL is a fundamental part of this continuous evolution."

Since we know nothing is accomplished alone, we are extremely proud of the effort of our support and development team when it comes to the technological evolution of software for power distribution utilities. The success of these rollouts is largely due to each person's collaboration.
