Requirements:
- Completed or ongoing degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other IT-related fields;

Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing customer problems and needs;
- Helping customers get the most out of our solutions;
- System implementation.

Requirements:

#Opening 03 – Data Conversion Analyst
Requirements:
- Completed or ongoing degree in systems or computing fields
- Knowledge of business management systems (ERP)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and database structures
- Advanced knowledge of the ETL methodology (extract, transform, load)
Responsibilities/duties:
- Properly estimating the time required for data migrations and data services;
- Analyzing and developing data migration scripts;
- Configuring and adjusting files and parameters to make databases ready for use;
- Performing customer data conversions;
- Running test and validation routines to guarantee the quality of converted information;
- Analyzing and proposing solutions to improve conversion procedures for greater quality and speed;
- Managing tasks, open items, priorities, deadlines, and estimated conversion times;
- Meeting implementation and service schedules;
- Following up on implementations of converted data and providing technical support when requested;
- Deepening knowledge of the business rules of the systems served.
