In June, the instant invoice issuance system was deployed at Cooperativa de Eletrificação e Desenvolvimento da Região de Mogi Mirim – CEMIRIM. Átila Bianchin Goetze Jr, who led the implementation, accompanied the meter readers on the first route in the official database, completing 226 readings.
The company, which works with 7 meter readers, has already rolled the system out across 100% of its routes. The cooperative previously used an Android-based collector as well, which made learning easier since the team was already familiar with the interface. "As for the implementation and training delivered by Useall, it went more smoothly than we initially imagined. Having an experienced technician follow along — including in the field for the first readings and invoice deliveries — was essential for CEMIRIM's employees to feel more confident carrying out the new procedures and serving consumers," revealed Denise Macedo, who is in charge of billing at CEMIRIM.
E2 EFI was developed to make it easier to automate the reading, calculation, and instant issuance of electricity bills, dramatically reducing the costs of postage and delivery to customers. The system complies with ANEEL regulations and runs integrated with E2 Comercial, which simplifies data administration by loading the metering route onto the reading device and importing the delivered invoices.
This rollout is very important because it brings several advantages to consumers, such as fewer delayed and lost bills. "With the acquisition of the EFI system, we expect to bring a number of benefits to CEMIRIM, such as lower printing and postal costs, as well as better service for the Cooperative's consumers, who will have more confidence receiving their electricity bill at the moment of the reading — reducing the risk of delays or lost bills and making it quicker to organize their payments," Denise added.
