Today (the 2nd), an exclusive seminar for electric power cooperatives was held at Useall headquarters in Criciúma. Themed Distributor Geographic Database – BDGD 2019 and Technical and Non-Technical Losses, the meeting brought together representatives from several electric power cooperatives across Santa Catarina.
The seminar ran from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., gathered 40 participants, and was intended to present the project for handling the calculation of technical and non-technical losses. The event was led by the E2MIG coordinators, Vilmar Benedet Junior and Elton Jhons Stols.
"Year after year, the BDGD is becoming an important tool for ANEEL, so we have to continuously improve the information we submit. With this project of ours, energy loss information now follows the methodology of ANEEL's PRODIST Module 7," Benedet pointed out.
For Álvaro Coelho Bratti, electrical engineer at Cersul - Cooperativa de Distribuição de Energia, it was a highly important meeting about the changes ahead. "It is a worthwhile event that gives us early training on the obligations that will change in January 2019 — that way, when they take effect, we will already be ready to carry them out in the best possible way," Bratti concluded.
