From December 3 to 7, the Lead Auditor Course took place at Useall headquarters in Criciúma. The training was promoted by Global PCS (Personnel Certification Scheme) and delivered by instructor Luis Emílio Athanasio.
In all, there were 8 participants, including consultants and Quality Management professionals from companies in the region. The course covered all the fundamental stages of an audit, so participants were able to learn, in theory and in practice, about the standard's requirements and their applications.
The course is based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard, and its main goal is to train auditors qualified to perform certification and internal audits.
On the last day of the course, a final exam was given; strong performance earns a registered auditor certificate recognized worldwide by the IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors).
