Workshop Presents Innovation Solutions for Electric Power Distributors

Yesterday (the 13th), the first edition of the Useall Workshop took place at the company's headquarters in Criciúma. With the theme "Process Management," the meeting brought together representatives from several electric power cooperatives in Santa Catarina.

The goal of the event was to create opportunities to boost workflows and exchange experiences. Jean Carlo Uessler, support manager for Useall's E2 system, reinforced the importance of the gathering: "It's our role to generate and share management knowledge with our clients, and at this event that happened in a truly collaborative way."

Participants attended three talks relevant to the segment, as well as presentations of three success stories. For Anderson Luiz Estácio, commercial analyst at the Fumacense Electricity Cooperative — Cermoful, it was an important event for building knowledge. "We had access to important information about system implementation. We saw some success stories here, and we can draw on those experiences to avoid mistakes," he added.

Luis Osório Martins Dorneles, technical coordinator of the Federation of Energy, Telephony, and Rural Development Cooperatives of Rio Grande do Sul — Fecoergs, presented a success story and highlighted that exchanging experiences is essential for business growth. "Given the challenges cooperatives face, an event like this is important for aligning process-driven management. Exchanging experiences — knowing what others do and how they do it — is fundamental," Dorneles concluded.

The workshop ran from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and had more than 40 participants. The Federation of Energy Cooperatives of the State of Santa Catarina — Fecoerusc supported the event. The Useall Workshop will later be expanded to other states.
