This week's success story is about Artali Indústria Metalúrgica! The Useall team had the opportunity to chat with director Clodoaldo Fonseca, who told us a bit about the company and its routine.
Located in Caxias do Sul, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, the company has been in the market for 41 years and has 50 employees. Artali stands out in the production of door-opening systems for urban and intercity buses, in the spare parts market, and in the production of emergency levers, air intake mechanisms, and more. Its catalog covers around 1,200 products for bus body manufacturers, and the company also serves other market sectors, such as the food machinery industry, truck manufacturers, and refrigeration.
With the company's growing demand, an efficient system became necessary for better administration. For many years the company used the same system, but they were no longer satisfied: "the platform was very old, it hadn't kept up with the evolution of the market, the system had no updates — not to mention the billing reports that took up to 20 minutes to open," the director revealed.
Dissatisfied with their current system, they decided to look for a new option. Fonseca pointed out that they started searching for an online system: "because of many problems with our server and the loss of many documents, we wanted an online system that offered cloud storage."
In that search, the Artali team found the Useall ERP, and the director notes that after the implementation they were taken by surprise. "Access to information is very fast. Financial management wasn't something we were looking to improve, but by using the ERP we saw how much we could have improved already. At our company, 12 users work in the system simultaneously without any problems."
And the director added: "It's an excellent system — it surprised us so much that we are signing up for another system with Useall, this time focused on quality. We are very satisfied; we were very well supported before, during, and after the implementation. The system exceeded our expectations."
