During the week of July 23, a training session on submitting the events required in the first phase of eSocial (Brazil's digital labor reporting system) took place at the Cedrap headquarters in São Paulo. The participating cooperatives were able to see in practice what eSocial is and how the submission of these obligations will work.
The training was led by Useall staff members Viliane Romagna and Alexsandro Fernandes Maffei. "This meeting was necessary because companies had a lot of questions about how this new obligation will work, and everyone needs to adapt," Maffei explained. The event brought together cooperatives from São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
Marion Campos Rocha Cantarino, HR supervisor at Cerci in Rio de Janeiro, added: "The meeting was great — beyond the training itself, it enabled an exchange of ideas among the cooperatives present."
